Impact goes beyond the certificate
We reinvest 50% of our net profit into the places where impact matters most — through our People · Purpose · Progress Impact Fund.
For us, that means lifting health literacy through awareness and education, especially in women's and mental health. It means strengthening communities so they can be safe, resilient and connected — from Indigenous communities to those affected by domestic and family violence. And through our 1% for the Planet commitment, it means funding grassroots organisations tackling our most urgent environmental challenges.

Our projects
Sundays Health
A free, trauma-informed, inclusive women's and reproductive health platform - turning the awkward, stigmatised stuff into evidence-based information that's actually readable. We funded Sundays Health because the health gender gap is real, and closing it starts with removing the barriers to information, reducing the stigma, and giving people agency over their own health outcomes.

1% for planet contribution
As a 1% for the Planet member, we commit 1% of our annual revenue to vetted environmental organisations working at the grassroots level. That includes partners like Wildlife Warriors, protecting wildlife and habitats founded by the Irwin family, alongside other organisations tackling climate, biodiversity, and land regeneration. We chose this commitment because certification bodies audit management systems that affect the environment every day — and we believe we should be part of the solution, not just the assessment.
